What is an "educational training program"? 

This means a course of instruction, including but not limited to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework (which is the most common scenario), but also including adult learning courses as well as primary and secondary school activities. Importantly, undergraduate and postgraduate research such as research towards an Honours, Masters or PhD thesis does not meet the requirements of this section as the research activity includes purposes that are not solely training (such as contribution to broader public knowledge through research publication).
