Statement of Exemption from Review

This review is for projects that are eligible for exemption from ethics review as defined at Section 5.1.17 of the NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Research 2025.

and (if relevant) 

Quality Assurance or Evaluation activities that meet the requirements of Section 2 of the NHMRC Ethical Considerations in Quality Assurance and Evaluation Activities 2014.

The review is carried out by an experienced member of our team who will consider the aims, activities and outputs of the project against the National Statement (and if relevant,  Ethical Considerations in Quality Assurance and Evaluation Activities), and advise as required on suitable improvements to ensure risks are mitigated effectively.

Should the reviewer identify that a Lower Risk Review or a Full Committee Review is required, we will discuss this with you, and the price of this will be discounted from the final price.
